1. Service-Based Nature
Our services are non-tangible and non-returnable, meaning once a service is rendered (fully or partially), it cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds for services that have been completed or partially executed.
2. Advance Booking & Deposits
For bookings requiring advance payments or deposits, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
If cancellation is made within this period, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding administrative or processing fees.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
If a service was cancelled by RK Security & Manpower Services due to unforeseen internal issues.
If a service was not delivered as per the written agreement or scope due to negligence on our part.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds under these circumstances:
Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice).
Client dissatisfaction due to preferences outside the agreed scope.
In cases of miscommunication or missing information from the client’s end.

If approved, the refund will be:
Processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
