1. Service-Based Nature

Our services are non-tangible and non-returnable, meaning once a service is rendered (fully or partially), it cannot be returned. We do not offer refunds for services that have been completed or partially executed.

2. Advance Booking & Deposits

  • For bookings requiring advance payments or deposits, cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

  • If cancellation is made within this period, you may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding administrative or processing fees.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • If a service was cancelled by RK Security & Manpower Services due to unforeseen internal issues.

  • If a service was not delivered as per the written agreement or scope due to negligence on our part.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds under these circumstances:

  • Last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours’ notice).

  • Client dissatisfaction due to preferences outside the agreed scope.

  • In cases of miscommunication or missing information from the client’s end.

5. Refund Process

If approved, the refund will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email or message confirmation once the refund is initiated.
